1. Eligibility Guide – Donors must be at least 16 years of age and 120 pounds and haven't donated in the last 56 days.
2. 16 & 17-Year-Old Minor Consent form – you can either print from the email, or you can fill out the form online, print and bring it in with you before their donation.

Miguel placed 5th in JV Humorous Prose.
Natalee placed 6th in JV Persuasive
