Nutrition students traveled to Wayne State College Human Performance Lab to test body fat in a variety of ways including: Hydrodensitometry, Skinfolding and Bioelectric Impedance Analysis. Nutrition students are currently studying Nutrition the Life Cycle and Staying Active.
It’s been an educational & BEEFtastic day! The Dixon County Farm Bureau & UNL Extension provided the Beef Mobile.The Beef Mobile gave students and staff a hands on experience by looking and feeling inside of a cow’s ruminant.Thank you Mrs. Virgil for help set up an exciting day!
