🔬 Mrs. Virgil, our Science teacher, embodies curiosity, sparking excitement in her students with fun and engaging activities that make learning come alive!
🍽️ Mrs. Miner, our beloved Lunch Lady, greets every student with a smile and the strength of open-mindedness, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the lunchroom.

Each year, first graders are expected to master their knowledge of compound words!!! There is NO DOUBT they will remember as Compound Word Day definitely left an impression! Every hour or so another compound word snack was revealed and the excitement was contagious!!! We also dressed in as many compound words as we could think of (or find lying around the house!) Our teachers will put those pictures in a book we can enjoy all year long! What a memorable day it was!!!
(Bonus? Flashlight is ALSO a compound word! Flashlight Friday is THE BEST!)
