Wakefield Community Schools has decided to start an afterschool program. This program will give students an opportunity to explore interests that they may not get the chance to pursue during a normal school day. If you would like your child to participate and they meet the requirements of the club, please complete the permission slip on the back of this form and return it by September 30th.
