Seniors Take First Step Towards College!
Seniors at Wakefield took a critical step in the college preparation process when they participated in a college application event Thursday, September 2, in the high school computer lab.
Wakefield is one of over 200 schools that conducted such events as part of the statewide Apply2College Campaign sponsored by EducationQuest Foundation. During the event, seniors received hands-on help with college applications from Mrs. Harding, school counselor, and paraprofessional, Mrs Rose.
Seniors completed a total of 38 college applications during this 1-hour event!
